Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Outside of the statutory rights described below, all sales are final.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer purchasing online or at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU and Cypriot consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at notsotypicalagency@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or evidence that it has been sent back).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items, including custom or personalized products, perishable goods, sealed personal-care or hygiene goods once unsealed, and hazardous materials. Please contact us with any questions about your specific item.

Damages and defective items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In addition to the withdrawal right above, you are entitled under EU law to a remedy for goods that are faulty or not as described, independent of the 14-day period. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within the statutory timeframe. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If the expected time has passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at notsotypicalagency@gmail.com.
